Selena Gomez's international fame as an actress and a singing sensation is undeniable. She is the star of Disney program Wizards of Waverly Place is one of her best-loved projects. Her real name is Selena Marie Gomez. Her birth date was July 22nd the 22nd of July, 1993 in Grand Prairie Texas. The parents of Selena were Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. Selena's mother was just 16 when Selena first came to the scene. As a 9-year-old, Selena landed her first job in the showbiz industry by playing Gianna on Barney and her Friends.
